CDI is currently active in the development of new single family subdivisions and multifamily housing for seniors and families alike. These activities are generally accomplished via a network of closely aligned subsidiary nonprofit organizations and syndicator relationships such as Citizens for Affordable Housing, Color Country Housing Inc., The Richman Group, Centerline and Alliant.
